Geroshe Lewis and Lerome Howard, both 18, were each charged with aggravated battery and robbery, police said.

The two men were allegedly part of a trio that approached Sgt. Johnny Aparicio, 24, about 3:30 a.m. on Iowa Avenue and asked him for a dollar. The men, later joined by a fourth man, began punching and kicking him. They robbed Aparicio and ran away, police said.

Caught on surveillance video, the incident garnered attention around the country. Businesses and individuals, locally and from as far away as New Jersey, pledged more than $16,000 in reward money for information leading to the suspects’ arrest. Read the rest here

TAMPA — A former starting offensive lineman for the Dallas Cowboys was arrested Tuesday night and charged with felony drug and weapons charges after police say he sold an undercover officer $20 in marijuana in the strip club where he works.

Torrin Tucker, 32, who started 24 games for the Cowboys from 2003-05 and played last year for the UFL’s Sacramento Mountain Lions, was charged with four felonies -— possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, delivery of marijuana and possession of a firearm during commission of a felony — along with a misdemeanor count of possession of marijuana. After spending the night in the Hillsborough County jail, he was released Wednesday morning on $19,500 bail.

According to the arrest report, Tucker was observed selling a $20 bag of marijuana to an undercover officer at Hollywood Nites, a club located at 3003 N Howard Ave. where Tucker told police he works in “security.” A subsequent search found 18 baggies of marijuana “packaged for sale” and nine capsules containing cocaine, all in a Crown Royale bag “stuffed down the front of (his) pants,” according to the report. Tucker also was found to have a Smith & Wesson handgun loaded with 11 hollow-point rounds of ammunition holstered inside his waistband. He advised the arresting officers he was in possession of both the weapon and the drugs prior to being searched, according to the report. Read the rest here

There are many people who have heard the phrase “bounty hunting”. This is generally the act of locating fugitives and also bond jumpers, in exchange for rewards.
WANTED-FUGITIVE-BAIL-JUMPER-REWARD-813-419-2688

There are many people who have heard about “bounty hunting”. This is generally the act of hunting down fugitives and skips, in exchange for a reward. The truth is, there are actually many which are looking for bounty hunter jobs daily. There are those that get fascinated with the thought of acting as the law and thus capturing people who are running away from the law. Apparently, there are not a lot of bounty hunter jobs today, yet there are those who are always seeking for such kinds of jobs in nearly every state, aiming to snag a fugitive and then get the reward money.

In past times, there were many bounty hunter jobs made available as a means of capturing fugitives. Think about the legendary wanted posters of the wild west. In a number of novels, bounty hunting grew to become a popular topic. These novels were normally based in the Wild West, once fugitives were seen to run free from one area to another. Those that ran away from the law had a bounty, or a reward, attached with their capture. The well-known “Wanted” posters were the crucial determinant to finding the fugitives and reward payment that goes along with their capture was adequate to have bounty hunters closing in all the time. Bounty hunter jobs were extremely popular during those times.

Today, bounty hunters are not the horse-riding folks of a past era, but are contemporary and properly trained. Basically, there are individuals who have committed their lives to become bounty hunters, to find the people who are supposed to be in jail. There are not a lot of bounty hunter careers to keep all of the bounty hunters happy, however every once in a while, there are those who need to be hunted down. Fugitives are all over the place and then bounty hunters are invariably searching for them.

Bounty hunters will not be able to find a large number of bounty hunter jobs these days, however that will not stop them from continuing on searching down such jobs. There are specific rules that these bounty hunters carry out, and certain laws they may have to obey. There are states that disallow the existence of bounty hunter and individuals who are striving to come to be bounty hunters. For individuals who really want to become one, they may have to do their background investigation if their city allows such a career. Bounty hunters are definitely not confined to the Wild West anymore.

In some states all over the USA somebody should hold a valid bail bondsman certification / permit to recover fugitives running from the law. It is additionally required the individual acting being the “Recovery Agent” either wrote the bond where the fugitive skipped court on or maybe that the “Recovery Agent” works for the same surety corporation which had written the bond that the fugitive skipped on. Note: In Florida and other states it is 100% prohibited to hold ones self out being a bounty hunter. The term Bondsman or even Recovery Agent is a lot more promptly accepted. For those enthusiastic about becoming Licensed Bondsmen I would recommend finding a Bondsman in your town and then make friends with them. Bondsmen are a fascinating bunch and many are not looking to hire interns. However everyone needs help with something. When you are friends with somebody and you help them if they are in need it will usually open the door of opportunity for you.

Free Florida Warrant Checks - Don't get supprised 813 419-2688

It is interesting to note, quite a few South Tampa motorists are pulled over every day arrested for a warrant they did not realize they had. On many occasions for driving with license suspended or revoked (DWLSR)

Have you been getting curious if you have a warrant for your arrest or maybe if a person you know has a warrant? You could find out quickly with a free Florida warrant check. It is actually as easy as logging on to the Abby’s Bail Bonds website and afterwards complete the easy web form or you could call and speak with an experienced bondsman and just ask for a free Florida warrant check. Call 813-419-2688.

Exactly what should I do when I have a Warrant?

The two main methods for handling a warrant include the following choices.

1.) Surrender yourself over to the the county jail and this can be carried out round the clock, 7 days a week. Getting in contact with your favorite Bondsman before you decide to turn yourself in is likely to quicken your processing.

2.) Check with the bondsmen at Abby’s Bail Bonds to arrange a self arrest or warrant walk thru.

The best things about the self arrest program are as follows:

A.) You will not need to be inconvenienced by an apprehension en route to your job, meet a hot date or another major function.

B.) It spares you from the stress of getting handcuffed and then put into the rear seat of a cop car.

C.) You may select a point in time that works to suit your needs (provided that the police don’t turn up knocking first).

A self arrest may be done Monday through Friday 9AM to 3PM (but never on holidays). It will be as simple as going down to get your license plate updated at the DMV. You show up with a qualified bail bondsman. The bondman reports the bond and paper word when you walk in. You take a number and just wait around for your paperwork to be processed. In fact, after some fingerprints and your photo are completed, you may leave.

The warrant walk thru procedure is only takes a hour or two versus roughly 8 hours for the conventional arrest process. The common arrest process involves many unique experiences like riding in the back of a cop car… Getting booked into jail… Processed together with all the other individuals arrested that day… Working to talk to somebody that will pay for your collect telephone call… And when you get bonded you begin the release phase. Because that will most likely take all day long… You may like to learn there is a no cost lunch… Tasty dry bologna sandwiches as well as kool aid devoid of sugar.

Stress is very high after you learn you have a warrant and until when you get it handled. It is rather nerve-racking not knowing what time the sheriff will come along knocking at the door or even pay a visit to your work. They have a tendency to come knocking anytime day or night without any advanced consideration.

Dealing with that sort of uncertainty is no way to live. Speak to a bondsman today to receive a Free Florida warrant check. Even if you have a bench warrant and the sheriff is looking for you, the team at Abby’s Bail Bonds can help you get through it. We certainly have friendly, considerate bondsmen waiting to aid you. We realize that your security is critical to you. We make sure all reports are kept confidential.

Abby's bail bonds - 813-419-2688 -fingerprints are not fun - Get out of jail

Getting arrested and going through the booking procedure is an irritating situation. A lot of people are fearful of being put in a holding cell with unfamiliar persons, and rightfully so. However, a lot of people are being held for non-violent crimes.

When waiting for your bail bondsman, remember that you are being held with unknown people who can have problems of their own which may make them mentally unstable. It’s recommended to be on your guard, but with a warm and friendly attitude.

Some suggestions when incarcerated:

- Don’t make any kind of statements that might be derogatory towards the religious or maybe cultural groups

- Don’t volunteer any kind of private information

- Don’t be very friendly as well as congenial

- Don’t give the impression that you are indeed “too good” to be in jail

- Do not let your guard down

- Don’t do anything else that could raise doubt from the jailers

- Don’t “act out” and also be disruptive

- Don’t act frightened or maybe nervous

The bail bond amount is dependent on the charges, and set by the judges in a County Bail Schedule. Depending upon the information and severity of the offense, bail schedules have distinct bail amounts. As an example, a DUI cost in Hillsborough County has a $5000 to $10000 bail and a DUI cost that includes any sort of accident is set at $50000.

Florida’s average bail amount is $10000, and quite often it may be greater. A lot of people don’t have that amount of cash and will have to employ a certified bail bond agent. Specialist bail bondsmen are incredibly knowledgeable in this field, they do know the jail systems and also bail activities, and could walk you through the entire procedure and manage release procedures. The jail release procedure sometimes happens much sooner if a bail bondsman is contacted as quickly as possible.

Just judges are allowed to reduce, remove or maybe increase the bail amount. Understand that if you don’t bail out and choose to stay in jail and wait around to see a judge, which may take three business days The judge might be thinking of numerous points to decide your bail amount. They check out the severity of the crime, whether or not you are a danger to the local community, amount of jail time in case you are found guilty, your past offenses or maybe arrest record, and your relationships to the local community. The judge can reduce the bail, but they can also raise it or reject bail entirely.

Payment for a bail bondsman is 10% of the complete bail, that is regulated by the Florida Department of Insurance. Consider bail bondsmen who misrepresent themselves and also who are prepared to charge you much less. After all, are you willing to employ somebody who is not following the legal procedures of getting you released, and the opportunity that you could never see your collateral once again?

Getting arrested, spending a night in jail as well as the complete booking procedure is not really fun. So to speak, knowledge is power. Understanding precisely what takes place and anticipation could be a bit comforting. Even, understanding your rights, duties, how to conduct yourself, and also arrange release, will aid you to remain relaxed also. Before you realize it, you’ll be back home, safe with all your family members.

Needing to engage a bail bond firm can feel somewhat daunting as it is. But imagine if you had to bail out your son? Would you know what to do in such a mentally troublesome time? Would you know how to contact a bail bond agent?

Get released from jail fast using Abby's bail bonds 813 419-2688

Needing to hire a bail bonds company could feel mildly alarming as it is. But imagine if you had to post bond for your Son? Being the terrific parent you are, we realize you want to put together the ideal decision for your son or daughter and for the hardship they may end up in. We can easily help you work it all out and offer you the answers you must have help them in their time of need.

Should you bond them out, or make them set?

I know we have all been told from our mother and father that if we actually go to county jail, we might as well should expect to spend the time.

Understand us when we state, county jail is not the spot you want your teenager to be.

It had been reported in 2011 by the Tampa Tribune, the Faulkenburg Rd Jail is truly one of the nation’s most brutal facilities. The article reported nine inmates killed off within that jail since 2003. So you can see county jail is not a good place and can be unsafe. As an added bonus the booking computer are old and guards are short during evenings, week-ends and holidays. With the decreased state of the economy many lay offs have occurred at all stages of the legal system.

So what does all that spell? Well compared to a possible evening in county jail, it could result in days in county jail. Teenagers make mistakes and lousy choices sometimes, but letting them stay in jail is not required to teach them a lesson. By them being required to endure the legal system itself, could be enough to have a major impact on them. They will be confronted with the total embarrassment of the police arrest and booking process on their own, as well as the loss of freedom and needing to explain their decisions to law officials along with the legal system.

Bail Bond Programs

So, let’s imagine you get that chilling phone call half way through the night that your teenager has been booked and jailed. Quite often, that telephone call will probably originate from your young adults friend and they may be most willing to help in any kind of way they can. Even though your young adult will have a friend eager to help, most often guardians have to be included. Their friend probably won’t possess the funds necessary to post the entire bail amount, and frequently don’t qualify for a bail bond from a bail bonds company.

Bail bondsmen need to deal with somebody who will be accountable for that young person by making sure that they will appear for their court dates. Typically, this would need to be a parent or a family member to comprehend the importance of this liability. When phoning a bail bondsman, be ready to respond to some personal inquires about your young person, yourself, and your financial state. This questioning process may seem somewhat personal or meddlesome, but it is essential to determine the risk factors involved.

Nearly all bail bond providers accept real money, charge cards and could offer other flexible payoff choices. Some bondsmen can handle every thing over the telephone, by fax or via email; therefore proximity or location is no problem. Honest bail agencies are available twenty-four hours a day and will spend the time to explain how the bail bond process operates. Mothers and fathers, we appreciate how terrifying it is to have an adolescent in jail and we are here to help you fast.

Why is it better to get the services of a bail bond company? Is it really better than doing the entire process yourself? If you or someone you know has landed in an unfortunate situation where you will need to post bail, you will definitely want to get help from a bail bondsman.

It is not safe in jail – Correctional facilities are not really the safest places on earth, especially for someone who is wrongfully accused. It is not right for people to suffer the consequences of a crime that they did not commit. By getting the help of a bail bond agency, you can spare someone the experience of spending time in a jail cell by bailing them out as soon as possible.

It saves time and money – You do not need to go to and from the courthouse just to bail someone out of jail. Bail bond agencies will now just fax or email you the necessary documents you need to fill up and they will do all of the work for you.

You can help the accused – Not only do bail bond agencies provide you with a means to get the accused out of jail, they can actually keep him out of trouble. If the accused person is facing drug or alcohol charges, you can get the bail bondsman’s help to get a surety bond. This is where the accused will not get bailed out unless they agree to undergo drug or alcohol rehabilitation. Now you can be sure that the defendant will learn to clean up his act so he does not land back in jail again.

Bail bond agencies know all there is to know about posting bail – If you think posting bail is something that can be done in just a couple of minutes, you are dead wrong. If you do not know where to go or who to talk to, you may be looking at an entire day standing in the wrong line at the courthouse. Bail bond agencies on the other hand already know the system in and out, they can process your request for bail a whole lot faster than you could.

So the next time you or someone you know gets into some trouble with the law, get the services of a bail bond agency. They will make sure that you or your loved one gets released as soon as possible.

Become a Bounty Hunter Now !!!! >>>> Click Link >>>> Bounty Hunter Jobs

There are a lot of people who may have heard about the term “bounty hunting”. This is actually the act of hunting down fugitives or criminals, in exchange for a reward. Believe it or not, there are actually many who are on the lookout for bounty hunter jobs every day. There are those who get excited by the the thought of acting as the law and hunting down those who are running away from the law. Unfortunately, there are not a lot of bounty hunter jobs nowadays, but there are people who are always looking for such types of jobs in almost every state, hoping to snag a fugitive and get the reward money.

WANTED-FUGITIVE-BAIL-JUMPER-REWARD-813-419-2688

In the past, there have been various bounty hunter jobs offered as a way of capturing fugitives. In many novels, bounty hunting became a popular topic. These novels were usually centered in the Wild West, when fugitives were known to run free from one place to another. Those who ran away from the law had a bounty, or a reward, attached to their capture. The famous “Wanted” posters were the key determinant to identifying the fugitives and the reward money that goes along with their capture was enough to keep bounty hunters closing in all the time. Bounty hunter jobs were very popular during those days.

Nowadays, bounty hunters are not the horse-riding people of the past, but are modern and properly trained. As a matter of fact, there are those who have dedicated their lives to become bounty hunters, to track down those who are supposed to be behind bars. There are not a lot of bounty hunter jobs to keep all bounty hunters happy, but every once in a while, there are people who need to be hunted down. Fugitives are all over the place and bounty hunters are always on the lookout for them.

Bounty hunters may not be able to find a lot of bounty hunter jobs nowadays, but that does not stop them from continuing on hunting down such jobs. There are certain rules that these bounty hunters follow, as well as certain laws that they have to obey. There are states that ban the existence of bounty hunter and people who are striving to become bounty hunters. For those who really wish to become one, they may have to do their background research if their area allows such a career. Bounty hunters are certainly not confined to the Wild West anymore.

In most states throughout the USA a person must hold a valid bail bondsman certification / license to recover fugitives running from the law. It is also required the individual acting as the “Recovery Agent” either wrote the bond for which the fugitive skipped court on or that the “Recovery Agent” is working for the same surety company which wrote the bond that the fugitive skipped on. Note: In Florida and in some other states it is 100% illegal to hold ones self out as a bounty hunter. The term Bondsman or Recovery Agent is much more readily accepted. For individuals interested in becoming Licensed Bondsmen I would suggest finding a Bondsman in your area and making friends with them. Bondsmen are a interesting bunch and most are not looking to hire interns but everyone needs help with something. If you are friends with someone and you help them when they are in need, it could open the door of opportunity for you.

Finding The Right Bail Bondsman

Not all people who end up in jail are capable of paying the bail. As a result, they try to look for a bail bondsman who can help them get out of their demise, even though it could just temporary. The bail exists in order to reassure the State that the accused will not go into hiding if he or she is released. For those who have gotten the help of a bail bondsman, the responsibility falls more on both of the shoulders of the bondsman, as well as the accused. A bail bondsman has to make sure that the accused does not run away, which is why they will charge a bail bond premium to their clients.

A bail bondsman requires an upfront payment of at 10% (some are as high as 15% for Federal or Appeals Bonds) or a minimum of $100 per charge as payment for his or her services. This is completely understandable because he or she has put his or her name and bank account on the line by paying for the bail bonds of the accused. The bail bondsman‘s fees are non-refundable. The bail bondsman has a large responsibility to the court system to make sure his client goes to court.

In posting a cash bail bond, people have to call the local Sheriff’s office and get the number for what they call “central booking”. The people have to give the details of the accused (name and date of birth) to the booking clerk. They will then be told of the amount that they need to bring for the bail, as well as the address for central booking in their area. Anyone who do not have the capacity to pay for the full bail amount should ask for the help of a bail bondsman.

Many agencies are willing to be a bail bondsman for those who need to be bailed out. There have been many people who have been helped by a bail bondsman and they were able to prepare more fully for their trials. Paying bail bonds is not easy at all, which is why a bail bondsman charges a fee and ask the accused to sign special bond conditions. This will also serve as surety bond, to make sure that the agreement between the bondsman and the accused is fully understood and will be honored. Otherwise, all agreements pertaining to the accused temporary release will be revoked.

Calling a Bail Bondsman to bail someone out of jail

Waiting for the trial while in jail could be very demeaning experience for a lot of people, as well as a scary one. For those who could get out on bail, they will usually do anything just to be released from jail, even temporarily. There are those who turn to a bail bondsman for help. But using a bail bondsman will require upfront payment first. This is understandable because they are putting their own name and financial status at stake, especially when they pledge that the person who they are bailing out will still be around for the trial. Bail bondsmen will charge a non-refundable fee to those who need their help.

Many times the amount for bail is more than what a person could shell out at the moment. That is why a bail bondsman could be of great help during that time. Most of the time, they require an upfront payment of 10% from the accused and they cover for the rest. The bail bond the bondsman gives to the court also act as surety bonds that will guarantee that a person will turn up for the all of his or her trials in court. The amount paid for the bail by the bondsman is returned to him or her after everything has been processed fully, all paperwork completed and the case is closed.

Going to a bail bondsman has its perks. While out on bail, a person could duly prepare for his or her upcoming trial, and at the same time, spend more time with his or her loved ones. In the United States, getting the help of a bail bondsman is a popular choice among those who wish to be released from jail. This is only applicable to those who are granted a bond by a judge. For those who cannot come up all the money to get out on bail, there is certain to be a bail bondsman who could be of help to them out for a small fee.

There are certain a lot of people who simply find themselves behind bars due to an arrest. Many times when they could opt to pay for the bail in order to get released. Coming up with the whole bail amount could prove to be quite difficult, especially when the money is not yet in their hand. This is where a bail bondsman will be helpful. The bail bondsman will be the one to pledge that they will pay off the bail in order to grant the person in jail the temporary freedom that he or she wants.

Bail is defined as the temporary discharge of a person who has been accused of doing a crime and is awaiting trial. There many times when the court demands the accused pay a sum of money in order to guarantee that the accused will still appear in court to answer the accusations. The bail bondsman will be of great help for those who wish get out on bail but do not have enough money on hand. Bondsmen require upfront payment of 10% (Bail Bond Fee) before they will be of help to those who are in jail.

People who have used of the services of a bail bondsman already know that they charge a fee of 10% or a flat rate of a $100, whichever is greater (both are non-refundable) They are usually all too happy to pay the 10% rather that try and come up with the entire bail amount.

Just so you know a Bondsman cannot bail a person who is in prison. Once a person has been convicted and is sent to prison, a bail bondsman cannot do anything to help. Only when a person is awaiting trial. Family members should try looking for a good bondsman that would be willing to bail out their loved one who is in jail.
